I am attending a couple of weddings this year and I am reminded how wedding planning can be stressful for someone. There is the to do list such as picking your bridesmaids, venue, vendors, and more on top of dealing with family dynamics and planning together as a couple. It can bring memories and heartaches especially if a close family member has passed or cannot make the wedding. Moreover, one has to continue working or go to school on top of wedding planning so that’s another layer of stress. Thus, if you are feeling the stress with wedding planning I recommend going to gym, psychotherapy, picking specific days of the week to do planning stuff and other days for your Grey’s Anatomy or The Bachelor’s night to de-stress. Take care of your self, have fun, breathe, and remember this too will pass! Happy planning!
